This hotel was amazing. The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful and courteous, there’s a 7-11 on the lobby floor to get all your drinks and snacks. The buffet was delicious the staff was courteous and friendly. The only drawback was the location, it’s about a 1.5 to 2 hour train ride into Tokyo. The Narita train station is about a 30 minute walk from the hotel, or the hotel has a free shuttle service to the train station, the local mall and to Narita airport. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to experience Tokyo.
