"The beds were comfor"

"Staff were all really nice and helpful. As soon as we checked into the hotel, we were given our luggage shipped from Kyoto. My sister raved about the steak at the buffet. I enjoyed the pasta. Airport bus was really convenient. I think there's a bus that takes you to the Aeon shopping center too. There's a good drug store, a souvenir shop, and convenient store. The laundry machine room was a bit far away from my room (separate wings). About 500 yen for a load with soap preloaded. The rooms were really spacious. The bathroom was simple and outdated and had what looked like rust stains."

"Hotel was affordable and perfect for an overnight stay after our flight into Narita before flying to Fukuoka the next morning. They offer a shuttle to and from the airport to the hotel which made it convenient. While the property is older, it served it's purpose."

There are many food options to choose from including the buffet breakfast, the famous APA curry, pizza, and cheap food items in the Lawson in the hotel which is convenient. The room has very comfortable features and everything you need to get ready for the day."
