The room was clean and well-maintained. English-speaking staff and in-hotel money exchange machine make this very convenient for international travelers. Near two train stations in easy walking distance so you can travel wherever is on your itinerary. Many good options and a vibrant nightlife.

Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. It was not free but very inexpensive at $14 CAD. The food was tasty and lots of variety to choose from. Definitely worth adding breakfast. The location is great, very close to train station on 2 lines (Keisei line and Narita line). Also I can walk easily to Narita Omotesando. The hotel shuttle to NRT airport is also great. Room is very compact, but it is expected for Japan. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly helpful staff. The room was tiny, but sufficient, stocked with all kinds of things to support a short stay. The public bath was convenient and pleasant. The breakfast had many western and Japanese selections; very inexpensively priced. Next door a convenience store had anything else you wanted. And the shuttle made it easy to to go the ariport.
