Broken sink tap , toilet sheet shaking up . Washroom tiles shaking and mattress was on bad condition . We ask for change the room . Front desk attendant willing to change room but owner or manager lai that he is full house . Not recommended this place . Washroom is too small .

Cheap and fairly okay. Bed felt like sleeping on the springs in the mattress. Felt dirty except for the sheets. Water pressure was really bad. If you would like cheap (and very central) accomodation and you don't care too much about cleanliness this is the place for you. London Underground is like a 7 minute walk away.

Not 24/7 like advertised

Not happy at all my stay, mainly because the 24/7 check in doesnt exist Stood ring, knocking the door and pressing the doorbell to the property for 20-30 minutes and nobody answered Gave up and had to travel home, long day at work and then couldn't rest had to travel home exhausted and frustrated

It started badly from the get-go. I had notified the property that we would be arriving very late, got there it was 1:00 am. I had sent messages and called four times with no response. No surprise that when we arrived the person could barely speak English and did not understand us. They had no room key, having to use the master key which they kept. This hotel offered as space for five people. True there were five beds -two twin beds into a 12x12 space where you can barely walk around them, and an upstair loft with another twin and a full. You could not even stand upright because the ceiling was so low, everyone was slouched over. We immediately pulled back the blankets looking for bed bugs. The Linens were clean and smelled like bleach which was the only good aspect. Everything else in the room was dirty. It was a first floor room with the window open wide enough for somebody to come in. We closed it, locking the shutters. In the bathroom, there were dead bugs on the floor, shower, and stuck to the wall. Long black hair in the shower! Unfinished spackle patchwork on the bathroom wall. Young people hanging around outside, laughing and carrying on, making us very uncomfortable and felt unsafe. I immediately told the management this is unacceptable, that we were canceling and want a refund!

Very unpleasant stay

Terrible stay, very uncomfortable and hardly slept a few hours at best each night. We traveled with our 2 children and stayed in a quad room categorized as "premium suite". Next door to a Youth Hostel with activity all throughout the night until 4AM. It was HOT in the room; we requested a fan, none available. We had to sleep with the window open (which could not lock and had a broken glass pane), which in our ground floor room did not feel safe. The second night we were woken up again, other than by the youth hostel traffic and noise, this time by a mouse going through our bags (I got face to face with the creature); the mice got into several bags of food items. Condition of the room was poor: broken glass pane in window, TV had been removed from wall while cable and holes in wall were left untouched. Drapes in front of window were short, not helpful mid summer with very early sunrise. The staff was friendly, that helped and improved the rating, as did the neighborhood offering good places to eat, otherwise this would have been a one star review. I guess we got what we paid for, although still over 400 pounds for two nights though and a mistake I will not make again.

Ammenities stated in the description were not provided the bed was extremely bobbly and worn so really uncomfortable and had to sleep on top of the duvet. The fire alarm went off at 1am with no explanation or apology from staff just sent back to rooms to wait for it to stop

Las habitaciones son muy viejas y reparadas de mala manera. La segunda noche apareció un raton en la habitación. Nos cambiaron de hotel solo una noche y después nos regresaron a otro cuarto que estaban reparando. La ubicación es muy buena, pero le hace falta mucho mantenimiento y mejoras.

Place is a dump. Dirty, old, haphazard renovations, incomplete renovations, poor room security, NO HVAC, and no lift. It’s a LONG way up to the 4th floor. I submitted an earlier review that had pictures attached. Pictures included a snap of the questionable interior door ‘lock’ and views of a ragged carpet w/a huge burn mark on it. There was no mini-fridge, and the hair dryer was in its product box on the floor in the room.

No lamp, wardrobe with no coat hangers in it but you get what you pay for. However, the toilet couldn't flush the paper down, one of the towels had a stain on it, the room was roasting and there was hair on the bedding. I asked to be moved but was told all rooms were full. Asked for a refund and staff said they'd check with the manager and disappeared for 15 minutes. When I packed up and went downstairs after he never came back. he just said he hadn't been able to get through to the manager. He should have come back to me and told me that but didn't. Very poor customer service. I was eventually told I could be moved and they would move those people who hadn't checked in yet (it was 11:45pm by now) into one of the other two hotels the boss owns. So the 'boss' wouldn't give me £49 back so I could go elsewhere despite owning three hotels... Incredibly bad experience. Would recommend staying anywhere but here.

Ikke styr på en skid, slidt og dårlig service

Da vi får anvist vores værelse ser vi at en rude er ødelagt og der er ikke gardin nok til at dække hele vinduet, som ligger ud til gaden og personalet i receptionen kan se direkte ind, så ingen privatlig, det klager vi over, men de kan ikke gøre noget ved det før dagen efter. Så vi beder om at få et andet værelse til det er lavet, det kan i første omgang ikke lade sig gøre, men da vi insistere på at vi ikke vil overnatte i det første værelse, siger de at de kan flytte lidt rundt, så vi kan få et værelse med privatliv, dette værelse er i kælderen med udsigt til affald og skidt. Skab til jakker, havde en låge der ikke hang fast i øverst beslag, badeværelse var beskidt, vægge og håndvask måtte vi bede om at få rengjort, døren til wc kunne ikke lukkes ordentligt eller låses, der var ikke mulighed for at se tv på værelset da der ingen fjernbetjening var. Jeg forlangte at vi kom tilbage til værelset, det kunne ikke lade sig gøre, da de ikke kunne lave det første værelse vi fik anvist. Så vi måtte på et 3. værelse. Der var ingen håndklæder, dem de kom med var der huller i og fjernsynet var ødelagt, så det kunne heller ikke bruges, gelænder til senge ovenpå var ved at falde ud af væggen, bøjle stangen til jakker var ikke fastnet ordentligt og der var kun en bøjle. Servicen var dårlig, som om de var ligeglade. I alt en dårlig oplevelse og vil aldrig booke der igen.

Si tratta di un piccolo hotel all'interno di una casa vittoriana. Purtroppo, come molti hotel della zona, le stanze originali sono state suddivise in tante piccolissime stanze, più simili a loculi. Non ci si può aspettare nessun tipo di comfort. Hotel ideale per chi ha poche pretese, anzi nessuna! Ci si può passare una o due notti al massimo, tre sono già troppe. Purtroppo ho dovuto prenotare all'ultimo minuto quando ero già in città e ho dovuto cercare una soluzione economica che mi permettesse di rimanere in centro ma onestamente non ci tornerei.

Pésimo hotel en mal estado

Este hotel definitivamente no debería estar funcionando. La habitación tiene una alfombra hecha de retazos que está despegada en varios puntos y muy desgastada. Los colchones de las camas hundidos y viejos, incómodos. La ducha goteaba y tenía una alfombra empapada que no usamos pues nos dió desconfianza. Encontramos basura en el bote de papeles del baño. Además un araña muerta debajo de la toalla de manos. Para cerrar la mala experiencia, en la madrugada nos despertó el ruido que hacía una rata comiéndose una caja de dulces que compramos en el duty free! Fue horrible y no pudimos mas tratar que ahuyentarla. Definitivamente entró porque afuera de la ventana hay una gran cantidad de colchones, alfombras viejas y ripio. Tiramos nuestros cepillos de dientes, dulces y demás que habíamos comprado por temor que estuviera contaminado. Contamos nuestra experiencia y solo se disculparon con nosotros. Salimos mas corriendo que andando, sin dormir, sin desayunar y sin bañarnos. Mal, muy mal!
