My room was simple and basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. All staff very nice. Absolutely perfect location. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s an ok accommodation for a short stay. The drains in the shared showers are a bit clogged, but the showers are pretty clean. The room is a standard student room, so nothing much to expect.

Overall a good stay and value for money but you do get what you pay for. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Bathrooms were shared but clean and never had to wait. Walls are pretty thin so it could get noisy at night if people didn’t abide by quiet hours. Wifi wasn’t great, Zoom calls were difficult so beware if you need to work from there. Breakfast was decent but dining hall was crowded. Overall, I’d definitely stay there again given the price and super convenient location.

Incredible hot buffet breakfast included with tons of options and they have a coffee/latta/hot chocolate machine. the food is so good. Highly recommended to stay here. Only disadvantage...no air conditioning, just a fan, so it was hot at times, but we were able to open the window for fresh air. The staffs were nice. Would recommended staying here. Very small room with 2 beds.

3인 가족으로 여행 다녀왔습니다. 세인트판크라스 역과 킹스크로스 역이 가까워서 좋았고 편란한 숙소를 제공받아 좋았습니다. 가장 인상적이었던 것은 아침식사가 정말 일품이었습니다.

great basic accommodation with superb brekky

stayed in the middle of tube strike - nightmare getting around! but able to leave case in luggage room around midday which was helpful; returning at 5pm check in was quick & efficient and my request for a ground floor room satisfied - thanks. larger room than normal, clean and tidy with everything working. bed not best quality but comfortable enough to enjoy a good night’s sleep. comprehensive brekky with quality ingredients & lots of options. recommended with reservations as not for everyone

FYI

Rooms are practically impossobly to locate with little reasoning or signage and the reception do not seem to understand this when giving directions at check in. Any service at breakfast barely speak english which makes things tricky. We use purely because of the price ans location.

Convenient and inexpensive for early morning international train from st Pancras; very long and confusing walk from the reception to the room which was clean and spartan with a bathroom next door. Central location

A satisfying stay

Buffet breakfast was unexpectedly outstanding in compare to the room charge. Shared shower room and toilets are clean. As it is situated in the university zone, streets and traffic are quiet. The street around and near to the hotel are clean, because no restaurants or pubs near by. As a female solo traveler, I feel safe to walk alone back to the hotel after concert at mid night. Just a short walk to the hotel after come out from the subway station. Will definitely stay again if I travel alone next time.

Great for Eurostar

Great for one night with the Eurostar the next morning just a 10 minute walk away. Very handy to have a full kitchen and also laundry facilities. Bag room - if you want to leave your bags before check-in I don’t think it’s safe because loads of people are in that room and nobody is checking which bag belongs to which person et cetera. Overall great place to stay but the building is incredibly warm even with the window open. I found it quite unbearable until later.

Overall, the place was perfect for my needs; an affordable accomodation in central London. But it might not be for everyone. I had a single room with shared bathroom on the groundfloor and it gets very hot in the room. Also the toilets are very old and the flushes don't work that well anymore. Be pepared to find "leftovers" from other guests. One toilet even got blocked while I was there and had to be closed off as out of order without gettong fixed for days. I was positively surprised by the abundant breakfast selection in the canteen. They even have vegan options of everything, even for eggs, cheese, croissants etc. You can also select hot or cold oat milk for your coffee.

Pratique et pas cher

Emplacement : a 15mn de st pancras et ligne de bus a 3mn , plutôt bien placé Accueil : peu chaleureux des personnes a l accueil , tout juste bonjour La chambre : au dernier étage était un four ,la fenêtre s'ouvrant de 10cm ce n est pas assez pour ventiler et rafraîchir , aucun changement de serviette ( et il n y en a que une) ni aucun ménage sur un séjour de 5 jours, à se demander si il ne faut pas faire 5 réservations d une nuit et changer de chambre tous les jours .... La chambre est conforme aux photos ,c'est petit et fonctionnel, et le matelas très confortable Les sanitaires communs : c'est assez vétuste et selon la personne précédente pas toujours très propre ( pensez à prendre des claquettes ) Le petit déjeuner : des propositions pour tout le monde ( vegan , sans porc ou sans gluten) c est le point fort A chaque étage 1 cuisine qui permet de cuisiner ou réchauffer un plat En conclusion : c est un rapport qualité prix très correct , c'est pratique et pas cher Des personnes plus sympa a l accueil ne coûterait pas plus cher et un peu de ménage et serviettes propres sur des séjours longs ça serait bien
