This property was amazing to stay at! So close to the tube and easy transportation around the whole area. Kept us feeling safe and was so easy to get to where we needed to go without having to stay in a busy city area. Will be back to stay here again :)

it's a lovely apartment. The neighbourhood is very dynamic.With the stay at castletown, I have discovered a new area of London. The apartment itself is well equipped, and the staff/instructions are very helpful.

The place gave a thorough immersion to living in London ‘burbs. Mark and his family were super accommodating and provided personalized service at the check in. There was a booking conflict which was resolved very quickly and favorably to us. Our vacation was exactly as we expected.

Spacious and clean property with a great layout that allows for individual space and privacy as well as cooking and hanging out together. Comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Loved the very high ceilings and huge windows letting in natural light. This isn’t a super “ updated” or highly renovated flat, but is even more charming for it. Mark is a lovely guy, communicative and easy to reach. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

An absolute gem!

Mark made sure we had everything we needed, easy enough place to find, good access to the tube network. Any time we had a question it was easy to text Mark via WhatsApp to save on international costs. The WiFi worked always, the rooms well kept, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds slept well.

That we didnt make painment in advance we will leave as soon as possible. I really dont get for what property receive 8,8 marks? The bed desperately need new mattress. General cleaning. Only good things is near tube station, realy near.

Mark was an excellent host and the apartment was a great value. Apartment is sized for two. We were a party of 3. We brought a small 14 year old who slept on roll out bed. When bed was open, the apartment was tight. Liked that apartment was equipped with adapters for US electronics and usB charging in bedroom. Getting to either district subway or Picadilly line was easy. Many groceries and restaurants in near by area. The apartment was a nice way to spend a week in London. Appreciated kitchen and laundry facilities.

We had to be moved to to mold in the apartment. We had the first night. The second apartment was on the second floor while they were working in the hallway and lower apartment. It was better, but not anywhere near what was expected. Still very musty smelling And I am assuming the mold was removed prior to our arrival.

The property was close to the tube which was nice. It wasn't very clean & there's no AC. The bathroom is tiny, has mold & several broken tiles. The owner was friendly & communicated through whats app but I rarely saw anyone on property to request extra towels ect. I was hoping for better.

Really good value considering its excellent location. Two underground stations within 6 min walk and buses even closer. There is no lift/elevator here, but they have ground floor flats/apartments. Mark and Lewis could not have been more helpful and the communication is really good. The bed is really comfortable and we really like this place. They are decorating, (May 23), and to be honest, it needs it. The net curtains were torn in two of our rooms and should be replaced. We had problems with our bathroom leaking water and they tried hard to fix it. We would stay here again in a trice, we recommend Castletown, it is so well located for all what you need.
