For value for money this was a perfect choice in London , great location and lovely room but it's evident this is a newly set up hostel - check-in and general communication needs to be improved (please update Google maps (the number I called on there also wasn't for the hostel , add contact details ie. a website or phone number ,or reply quicker than 4 days that it took on this app, have an electronic pin pad to enter rather than using a key ). For me it was ok but during my 3 nights I encountered multiple people outside the door wondering how to check in or once inside wondering where the staff were , also one night at 4AM a lad who was banging on the door trying to get in.
I won't complain about the banging and general noise that can be heard through the walls because it's a hostel and it's expected but I will definitely urge you to improve communication with your guests in the future.
Many thanks for having me .

A little (well, not so little) gem of a hostel with excellent staff and facilities!
The rooms are quiet, clean, and all come with an en suite bathroom. No out-of-hours check-in means you don't have to put up with your roommates moving and settling in the middle of the night.
A fully equipped kitchen, plenty of communal areas, garden with a jacuzzi, cinema room, and much more, make your stay a 5* experience.
Location: All the shops you might wish for are just a few minutes' walk away. A 15-minute train ride from Catford Bridge will take you right into the very heart of London.
I cannot recommend EBS Hostel highly enough. I wish I had discovered it much earlier.
