Great hotel

The hotel had great amenities (free snacks, beer, water, laundry, etc.). The staff were great and welcoming. The room was comfy and bathroom was spacious. Will stay again!

Very pleasant stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The complimentary longe was a nice touch. The only minor issue was with the humidity level in the room and the hardness of the bed.

This place is a cute and quaint boutique hotel. The rooms are super clean and modern. We stayed in room 202 hada side tinted window but was so new inside. Loved tne shower and the fact the toilet bowl had a seperate door. It is close to the main stripe and you can walk anywhere close by.7-11 right around tbe corner.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Kyoto. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The location was perfect - so convenient for exploring the city yet peaceful when we wanted to relax. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. A special thank you to Mariko at reception, who helped us with our luggage transfer and went out of her way to be kind, attentive, and helpful - her warmth made us feel instantly at home. We also want to thank the wonderful gentleman at breakfast each morning. The breakfast itself was a highlight of our stay. The delicious dishes, fresh pastries, and beautifully presented plates were unforgettable, but it was his friendliness and care that made it even more memorable. We still miss those breakfasts! This was an amazing stay all around: the hotel, the people, the food, and the atmosphere. Thank you so much for making our time in Kyoto so special. We can’t wait to come back.

Staff were excellent, very helpful. It also helped that they speak English. Room was very clean. Enjoyed the lounge where snack and drinks were provided. Plenty of things to do in Kyoto. We spent a day around the Arashiyama area, a day in Gion, etc. If you have a spare day, I would recommend going to Nara for a day.

Amazing hotel

Only there for 1 night but this place is very nice. The room was spacious. Bathroom was amazing. Not too many amenities but the price i paid was well worth it.

The hotel is beautiful. I loved the style, and the rooms were super clean and spacious. The lounge offers free bites and drinks throughout the day. The hotel is very close to Gion and it’s easy to get to other sites via the nearby bus and train stations. The staff was super friendly.
