Check-in was smooth and friendly, the room was comfortable, I liked the mattress, not too hard. And a selection of pillows in the lobby makes sleeping a breeze. Very close to the station. Will definitely stay here again.

Pluses: fantastic location just across the street from the station with a view of the Shinkansen from our window. Very clean with detailed explanation of eco cleaning schedule, towel exchange, and trash pick-up. Amazing shower with separate water closet with latest in Japanese toilet technology. Also appreciated the headboard recharging station. Less than plus: lack of storage. One needs to be creative to find space for luggage, clothing, and just all the stuff one accumulates while traveling (use the ledge behind the headboard)
