It is beside a grocery and 2 minute walk to a Family Mart and very near to the Kawaramachi Station. Staff were very helpful with all our concerns and questions. Espresso coffee was excellent.

THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS WRONG!! When you put the location or the name of the hotel I to Google maps it will take you to the wrong location. This cost me extra time and money and really ruined my day. One silver lining is that the staff at both hotels were very nice. I do not recommend staying here at all, and below are extra reasons why. You have to put your hotel room key into the slot to get the power to work. When Kyoto is on a heat advisory coming back to a hot box of a room is not fun. Another downside is that they don't give fresh towels daily, which is annoying when they don't clean the room either. The towels are as this as possible too. Also the pillows are horrendous, there's only one type of pillow too so you have no choice. And the curtains are not black out whatsoever. While the staff are very nice, and do speak great english.Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.

Honestly surprised by how big the room was compared to other hotels.. very clean and comfortable. We could lay out all our suitcases with room to spare. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Walking distance from bus & subway. Would definitely stay here again!

客室は清潔で自分の部屋以外の音も全く気にならない静かさでした。レセプションの方は外国の方でしたが丁寧な日本語でお話ができる方でした。宿泊前にお土産の段ボール箱を快く受け取っていただき助かりました。とても思い出に残る京都旅行ができました。またお世話になりたいと思います。

立地最高！四条通りに近く、鴨川河川敷にもすぐ出れる。レセプションにコーヒーと水があり、立ちシャワーも斬新で面白い。朝、ジョギングする人には本当に最適だと思う。 あまり情報がなかった朝食も野菜たっぷりなお弁当でとてもよかった。
朝食はマールデリのお弁当を受け取ります。

快適なシャワー

泊まった部屋はバスタブ無しでしたが、オーバーヘッドシャワーがあり快適でした。アメニティはフロントで自分で取るシステムでした。歯ブラシやヘアブラシはそこには含まれていませんでした。
