"After choosing the all inclusive, we were very confused with how this system worked. Not one staff member seem to be able to communicate it well in english. Alot of the staff seem un interested and lack of effort to help when trying to clarify the offer. The menu included is very basic so after 2 days, your over the basic menu quickly. "Excellent all round"

"Good quality hotel in excellent location"

"The property is well maintained and the shower has good flow and pressure. Location is not that great , but close enough to most attractions in Bangkok"

"Everything from the hotel room quality to services were excellent EXCEPT that the centralized AC smelled of cigarette smoke."

"Our stay at the Merlin Beach was lovely. Good facilities for adult and children. Service was lacking considering it is 5 star. However everyone was very friendly. I would come back again."

"nice place on mountain slope, with great view of the sea which can be seen from balcony of spacious room, good service and tasty breakfast too. a little further away from patong beach so it s nice and quiet"

"The pools were phenomenal and the buffet breakfast was overflowing"
