"This is a wonderful hotel nestled in the mountains with lush forests and a very peaceful setting. The hotel was amazing, on my behalf , the staff purchased the tickets and at my request arranged for a guide who was absolutely wonderful. The hotel also arranged for a driver to collect us from the train station and it was only a 25 minute drive. Having installed the Alipay for tourists it was very easy to pay for things. "I had a wonderful stay at Fungee S in Wulingyuan, Zhangjiajie. The staff is wonderful and always helpful especially the mgr Ms. Zhao. After checking in, she helped me sorted out my tickets to the national park, recommended routes for my sightseeing and the hikes/treks to take. "The property is a fantastic location with tian men Shan just around the corner. There are lots of food spots and a night market right down the street. Everything is walkable including the cable cars. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us get our car, plan our trip and overall helped make our trip more seamless.
