The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide selection of both American and Chinese dishes. The location is fantastic—directly across the street from Tianmen Mountain, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The hotel also provides a complimentary 24-hour self-service laundry, which was a great bonus. Overall, it was a five-star stay, and I would highly recommend it.

After a lot of research into the many options we decided on Sulv. So glad we made this choice! The location is great- just a stroll along the riverwalk to the Ancient City but away from the noise and crowds. Reception staff are lovely and our butler Tiantian was so helpful and kind, offering a free shuttle to and from the Ancient City any time we needed amd arranging a complimentary transfer to thw ttain station at the end of our stay. Tiantian escorted us to our rooms and also made herself available on WeChat to assist us should we need anything. The hotel is beautifully appointed in traditional

The hotel is strategically located next to the cable cars that goes to the main national attraction in the area. It is a very lovely area with lots of restaurants and shops. The staff were very helpful. The room was modern and clean.

Rooms were excellent, very clean. The staff were extremely nice. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve seen in all of my hotel stays. They also have free laundry machines for guests to use. Location is superb if you’re going to Tianmen mountain, you can literally cross the street and access the cable car or buses up to the mountain. Lots of food options near the hotel as well.

The staff was great, they warned us at check-in that there is construction going on across the road overnight and that we may need to use the ear plugs provided, or we could choose to find another place - we decided to stay and we’re glad we did, as we couldn’t really hear any noise from the construction site. Breakfast is excellent, so much variety, and they have Jura coffee machines, I was quite impressed. They provide unlimited water bottles and offer free self-laundry facilities, extremely useful. There are many good places to eat just outside the hotel, and the entry to Tianmen Mountain is right across the street. This hotel is a great choice for a stay in Zhangjiajie.

Staff was so pleasant and helpful. Room is spacious, clean, quiet, bed is comfortable, comfortable pillows, good shower water pressure, and the buffet breakfast is a must!! The location is across from Tianmen Mtn entrance. Centrally located with walking distance to many restaurants. Also gave a sample jar of the city’s fine tea and a souvenir. Def would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Hotel room was nice, clean and mostly quiet, except for slamming doors and kids jumping or heavy walkers. Great to have free laundry facilities on the 3rd floor to use. Close to restaurants, spas and gondola to the Stairs to Heaven area. Good breakfast, with choices for westerners and locals. Only done fall is cleaning staff didn’t check liquids in the bathroom that had runout after the first day and never replenished, and we were there for 5 nights. Overall, good stay and would stay again.
