"Reception staff there is one young lady who has a very cold face and does not seem very nice when i checked in. But after 4 days staying here i find everyone is good. Mey be that girl had a bad day. In all the hotel is very ok. Free Breakfast is the best. In lobby there is a fridge with all drinks coke , juice , yogourt and icecream. It s all free. Will recommend."

"Great location, walkable to everything close to the tunnel / walk with several great restaurants and massage and nail and lots of stuff… I actually walked back from Zangjiajie park … though it was close enough Staff was so nice and helped me book several attractions… , room could use some painting but I loved their fancy toilet bidet !!!"

"An unforgettable stay, Exceptional Hospitality at Its Finest! I have stayed in many places around the world, but I can truly say we have never experienced such an excellent level of service at any other hotel before. This is, without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have ever visited, and the hospitality we received is unmatched. A massive, honorable mention goes to Chelsey and Robert at the front desk. They were absolutely incredible and went completely above and beyond for us. Their outstanding assistance made our trip perfect. Not only did they carefully guide us through the park, but they were also right there to solve literally every single problem or question we had during our stay. Furthermore, the fact that Chelsey and the rest of the staff spoke such excellent English made a world of difference for us. It immediately made us feel so much more comfortable and genuinely at home. If you want a flawless stay where the staff treats you like family and goes the extra mile, this is the place to be. "The room was well appointed and had a scenic view of the mountains. The shower had hot water and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with all kinds of services available. The breakfast was tasty with a wide assortment of options. Good coffee machine with espresso. The area is quiet and secluded - I saw some beautiful birds in the nearby trees. I also tried food from their restaurant and it was cooked well."

"It’s a nice basic hotel, nothing fancy but the golden ticket is : Amy!! What would I do without her help! She was absolutely fantastic! I was there for only 2.5 days and weather was iffy. I was a bit disappointed that my trip was going to be affected by the bad weather, Amy booked all my tour visits, shuttles and made great recommendations that will go according to weather. I was absolutely impress! She was able to squeeze all my bucket list items in the short time I was there, even with the bad weather Don’t wait any longer! Book now!"

"We truly loved the property and enjoyed our stay. The session with the tea master/calligrapher was wonderful. The staff was helpful throughout. Just a note to people unfamiliar with the area: the property is extremely close to the Western gate, which is very convenient for entry to the national park. If you are planning on entering the park through the middle or eastern gates, it is much less convenient. The park is enormous and the drive to the other gates can take an hour or longer. However, Western gate access is amazing!"

"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and their service was very generous; they were always trying to assist and were excellent guides on our tours. I should clarify that the breakfast is very basic, I completely understand that, but Robbie and her husband deserve top marks for their excellent service."
