"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and their service was very generous; they were always trying to assist and were excellent guides on our tours. "Perfect for the budget traveller. The address posted on here is wrong. Or at least that might be the address of the other building, they have two. The main address is: HunanZhangjiajieYongdingPengjiapu Unit, Guanli Road No.1-21. This is a family owned place, the husband speaks some English and is very helpful. The wife man's the front desk at the main building and the son on the other. Very clean and close to food and Tianmen Mountain Cableway."
