We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The personal butler service was excellent. Our butler helped us arrange park tickets, laundry, and our daily itinerary, which made everything so easy and convenient. The hotel was modern with rooms equipped with latest technology. It was just a short walk to the east entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park.

This is the hidden gem of Zhangjiajie. The room is very well designed, very spacious and clean. Most importantly, the staff is kind, warm and professional. There is no better location than this. It is literally steps away from the main East Gate of the ZhangJiaJie National Park. We could not ask for a better place to stay in Zhangjiajie.

The room was clean, the staff went above and beyond, free laundry ready at 6am at our door the next day. Helped us switch our tickets for the park that is 3 min walk away and came with us to do it on our behalf, thought I miss placed something inside the hotel and they went straight to the cameras to track the item down but I found where it was moments later but it shows the level of care! Great communication through the WeChat app, breakfast was great. Free “tea” in later afternoon after 4 was nice and a nice cake cocktail and tea included. And nighttime porridge delivered and ready in your room. All these little extra signs of care made this hotel one of my favourites in my travels.

I had a wonderful stay at Fungee S in Wulingyuan, Zhangjiajie. The staff is wonderful and always helpful especially the mgr Ms. Zhao. After checking in, she helped me sorted out my tickets to the national park, recommended routes for my sightseeing and the hikes/treks to take. The room is nicely appointed to make you feel right at home. The facilities are well maintained and clean. Heck, they even wash your clothes for free and the daily afternoon tea/cocktail are much appreciated. The breakfast spread is very decent and will fuel your day for the hikes and climbs. Great location, close to lots of local eats and most importantly very close to the East gate entrance to the park. I highly recommend this little gem.

Una ubicación insuperable, un oasis de tranquilidad meseta justo a la entrada del parque, las habitaciones son muy confortables, tiene un proyector en tu habitación con pantaya de proyección de 3 metros y puedes proyectar las imágenes de tu teléfono, 100% recomendable!

Absolut zu empfehlen. 10/10. Zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Von der Planung unserer Route durch den nationalpark bis zur Buchung der Tickets wurde uns geholfen und alles übernommen. Auch die Wäsche wurde gewaschen und sogar abgeholt und wieder gebracht. Ausstattung ebenfalls top. Ich habe selten so einen guten Service erlebt. Tolles Hotel.

需要住4晚，轻松游张家界，所以很仔细地挑选酒店。没有让我失望，这是非常棒的酒店，位置好极了，就在森林公园东门门口，公园出口紧挨酒店，所以每天出入公园几乎不怎么用走。酒店附近500米以内有很多很好的歺馆，小超市，是个超级方便的地方。酒店是个封闭式中式风格院落，非常安静安全，客房设计新颖别致，禅艺风格，智能化控制，非常方便。早歺丰富好吃，全面管家式服务，酒店每一个人，从店长，前台，到歺厅吧台，客房，都服务周到真诚，让人真的有宾至如归之感觉。价格虽有些小贵，但是下次来张家界，这里仍然是我的首选，也真心推荐给其他朋友，张家界国家森林公园最佳位置酒店，没有之一。

酒店的地理位置非常好，距离东门的话只要三分钟的步行时间，而且所有员工都非常热情，酒店的话还给我送了晚安粥，下午茶还给我介绍了有免费的旅拍，还有民族服饰，摄影师给我拍了几张美美的照片。非常开心，水吧台的小哥哥还给我送了一杯鸡尾酒，点赞。
