"C’etait incroyable a la hauteur de nos attentes. Merci infiniment a olivia pour sa gentillesse et sa serviabilité elle a rendu notre séjour parfait. Je dirai que le seul petit bémol est le petit dejeuner qui est tres petit et pas du tout dans les normes d’un 5 etoiles car on ne mangeait quasiment rien…"

"We stayed four nights over there and really enjoyed it. The hotel arranged the pick up at the airport and came up with daily sightseeing plans which all worked out very well. The staff (e.g. Robert, Nancy, Michael/Min) were all very helpful and supportive. They answered all our questions and marked the sequence of scenic sites/stops on the map for us. "Overall a very good place to stay. Very close to the National Forest attractions. Staff will need translator to communicate. They can’t understand English but they are very helpful and friendly.
Special mention to the waitress Li Ping on our floor. She was very helpful and took care of use very well. "

"Awesome stay! Location couldn't be better – right next to the cable car. Room was clean and comfy, staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast hit the spot with plenty of options. Free parking was a nice bonus. Totally worth it, would definitely come back!"

"I loved my short stay here, especially how clean my room was. Was nice to have the fancy heated toilet haha for a change, the automated curtains and light control panel was a good touch. Was nice to get complimentary breakfast. We only speak English so using our phone was not difficult. Great location too!"
