"We stay here all the time before we fly out. The staff are always friendly and helpful. For the rooms they are always clean, comfortable, with great amenities, not to mention very quiet considering you are directly at the airport with planes arriving at all hours."

"We had a great stay. Only off putting was housekeeping. I felt the room wasn’t totally clean at check in. There are some dirt on the sofa bed (hair, glitter and some red dried out something) and the fridge have some pieces of food (not huge). I didn’t ask for room change because we arrived with a sleeping tiny human and I am already very grateful we were granted early check in. Housekeeping came in knocking next day to clean. On check out day, we’re granted late checkout (greatly appreciated) but housekeeping already knocking before time’s up. In the end, we ended past the time because my husband felt he need to start hauling things down but ended up spending more time loading in car and not being able to get back up since keycard lost elevator access. The hotel is in great location, very walkable to shops and attractions. There’s a nice playground not far of a walk too so my little one had a blast. The pool was also great, it’s a little cold and the hot tub is very hot. Front desks are way too friendly and smiley I felt uncomfortable lol. Room was spacious enough for us. I’m just disappointed, I requested a room facing Burdett ave because I thought I can let my kid people watch but found out Superior room’s balcony is not glass so she can’t really see anything other than birds flying by - my fault for not looking properly at photos. I should book a different type of suite next time. Overall it’s a great hotel and we’ll consider going back."
