"Enjoyed the spacious room and roof top pool accommodations. The room did have a few items missing upon inspection. There was a tea kettle for use but no tea cups or mugs. There were large bath towels in the bathroom but no face or hand towels for use. Overall, the staff was friendly during check in but we did notice a reluctance to provide information regarding food options as the restaurants on site did not open until 6PM at the earliest."

Located in Chinatown, it’s close to KLCC, and in Chinatown you can find amazing street food, bars, restaurants and more. If you want to get a good feel of KL, I would recommend starting here. "

"Great location! The hotel is attached with Pyramid mall. The room is spacious and fully equipped with all the amenity. It's easy to go to Sunway university through the mall and the overhead walkway. "

"The hotel was very comfortable, with large room, large bed and great bathroom. The breakfast was very good too. There was a pool with a bar which did great value food all afternoon. It was handy for many restaurants and easy walking to two monorail stations and only 25 minutes walk to Petronas twin towers and KLCC park."

"Great location, as it is located in Mid Valley City and has direct access to the shopping mall. Staffs of the hotel are great. However, a little more attention could be focused in housekeeping, as some items such as tissue boxes were not replenished during housekeeping. If not, I would highly recommend this property."
