Just because you arbitrarily decide that the customer paid too little, it's bad business practice and unprofessional to demand more money making the paid customer feel like either they pay you more money or they won't have access to internet restored.

"Checked in at 2am upon arrival, front desk was located 1 level up, and the personnel was very friendly, pleasant and professional. I was checked in promptly with a warm chocolate chip cookie. Entering my room, I was greeted by a cool air-conditioned, clean, spacious and well equipped room. Hotel is in city centre, with lots of Grabs servicing the location.
