The staff were fantastic, my friend left her passport in the room and they called and messaged her immediately on finding it. Thank you for being so kind and responsible. The gym was good and the bed super comfortable.

Had a great stay at Impala KL. Great location, very close to Petronas Twin Towers and surrounding area. Fantastic range of food on offer for the 24hr room service. Breakfast had great options for the price. A couple of cons - customer service could be improved by some of the staff as they were not friendly and standoff-ish especially in the kitchen are for breakfast (this is not the case for all staff as many of them were very helpful and welcoming). Also the room could have been cleaner as there were some dirt marks on come of the bed linen and in the bathroom also (nothing major though).

Great location with the main attraction, KL Twin Towers insight and just a short walk away to shops & restaurants and monorail transport. Rooms at the back of the hotel have no views, so request or upgrade to an east facing room.
