Staff was very nice at front desk. We booked two rooms and they make it interconnecting for us. The room was clean though a little bit old. The shower was good and the bed comfortable. The hotel is connected through a covered indoor pathway to mid valley mall. The Grab pick up and drop off was at the entrance to the mall not the hotel but it is just few steps away. There is also a stand for metered taxi which we took early morning to KL Sentral. There are another St Giles hotel nearby so be careful when you order Grab to put the correct hotel name or address.
