"This hotel is perfect for late night arrivals when your resort shuttle is not available after hours. This hotel is also perfect for late night departures, Phuket Airport will not allow passengers through security until two hours prior to boarding / takeoff. Sitting in Phuket airport all day is completely miserable, which I have personally experienced."

We are a group that visited there for three nights, we received a few coupon to join some activity for free there. Only one thing that the hotel has to improve is the time of check-in time that i felt take too much time but the overall very good place to visit."
