"Staying here was such an enjoyable, relaxing, and special experience. The breakfast and dinner kaiseki were delicious and allowed us to try a variety of Japanese dishes. It's a lot of food so come to each meal hungry. All the staff we interacted with were kind and very helpful. The indoor and outdoor onsen was the perfect way to unwind after long days exploring the Hakone area. "Onsen was beautiful and a great experience, beds were comfortable and good room sizes. Walking from the station is not recommended, especially if you have luggage. Room quality/fittings were okay. No views but the ground are peaceful. Overall, not quite the value for money. "
