"The room was very nice, well maintained. A little cool in the morning as the heat did not work. The restaurant was terrible. Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, it was as hard as a rock, I could not eat it. Breakfast was not much better. I broke a tooth eating the bacon."

"The hotel is advertised incorrectly on all sites. The hotel is not a bad place to stay, but is overpriced for the experience. There is no laundry or dry cleaning services, there is only one hot tub for the entire hotel, there is no room service other than cleaning (and they will come in your room whether you have the Do Not Disturb sign on the door or not), the included breakfast is not worth it since there is much better food within a 2 min walk. "Everything was great! The hotel has an excellent location. You can walk everywhere from the hotel or take the bus just steps off the hotel. The hotel provides you with buss passes if needed. The hot tub and fire is great. We went end of April so it was not packed which was nice however most of the lakes were still frozen. Still Banff was magical. The room are kind of small but everything is so well kept. The shampoo and soap provided are from the Rocky Mountain brand which smells amazing and...

"Second stay here. Great location and kind staff. We found the washroom in our room too dimly lit so brighter Lights would be a great improvement. Jets in the hot tub weren’t fully functioning. The breakfast was amazing! All and all a great place."

"Great place. Everything you need. I lucked out with a room that actually did have a view of The Bow. Hot-tub and pool were nice, but across the road in another hotel. Don't forget your flip-flops!"

The tea/coffee of your choice welcome bag was a thoughtful and appreciated touch too. Room was very spacious. Mountain view amazing!
