"From start to finish we enjoyed everything about our stay at Canalta and would absolutely come back. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating, we loved the free breakfast and heated underground parking. The room was cozy and clean with a beautiful view. It was a bit too chilly for us to enjoy the outside area but it looked lovely and we would like to come back to truly experience it. All in all excellent stay! 10/10 "

"We enjoyed how quiet the hotel was considering it was fully booked during the time of our stay. The hallways, lobby, pool area were always very quiet. We traveled with our 11 month old and so the pool and sound machine in the room were great! We will stay here again in the future. The room felt clean and fresh, although the pool floors felt dirty. It was like people were walking in with their outside dirty shoes. Overall a wonderful stay! A new hidden gem in Banff. "

"Fantastic customer service with a beautiful view and unexpected bonus of the hotel essentially doubling as an Indigenous artist gallery- a great stay! I hadn’t anticipated there wasn’t a microwave in the suite but everything else was top notch, with amazing view and service as well as ground coffee and a French press for the morning. Would have stayed longer!!"
