"The Hidden Ridge Resort is a hidden gem :) Gorgeous location and very private (yet fully accessible to downtown Banff). All of the staff are super courteous, efficient and helpful-but especially at the front desk. The pool and hot tub are wonderfully situated and are blessed with splendid views. "We really liked our stay here but our fire place wouldn’t light . But the staff was nice and got us what we need for our stay there . And house keeping asked us every morning if we needed anything . So that was nice but the view was not the greatest . I expected better being on a mountain. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great. Rooms were clean. We had a room on 4th floor which is the floor you use to access the hot tubs so it was a little noisy. Parking was a little inconvenient as you think it’s $30/day but you can’t come and go or they charge you by the hour. "

"Copperstone Resort is a very nice and comfortable condo complex. Very easy to find off the highway and even easier to access. The underground parking makes life so much easier especially when the weather turns bad. The unit itself was very nice, clean and modern.
