"During our first trip to Mexico, we stayed at the Grand Sirenis with our two children. The room was clean and comfortable, with two double beds and a couch. The hotel staff provided excellent service, cleaning the room daily and changing towels. Although shampoo and conditioner weren't provided daily, we brought our own and it wasn't a big issue. We found the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions we had. The food at the buffet was delicious and fresh, and we also enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurants. Overall, we had an excellent experience at the Grand Sirenis and would recommend it to our friends."

"Absolutely loved it! We took our three children (3,7,11). There was many things to keep them busy. The dining restaurants were my favorite, so many options and very delicious food. The customer service was AMAZING!! Everyone was super friendly and very customer oriented. We travel a lot and Xcaret really puts the bar high for customer satisfaction."
