"My husband and I Booked the jacuzzi terrace room , we weren’t able to use the outside jacuzzi nor the indoor jacuzzi because both were old and rusted. I even asked housekeeping to clean it and it still didn’t look decent enough to get it. It wasn’t All adults , kids are allowed in all parts. The room service food is minimum and wasn’t to good. Food wasn’t to good , lunch time at the buffet and a sports bar had good food but two of the food trucks didn’t have food and weren’t open. It’s was a beautiful resort but restaurants close at 11pm .. room service isn’t good at all. Liquor is all you can drink ."

"The rooms were clean and the staff is helpful. Just lack of AC in certain areas like couple of the restaurants made it hard to stay on and enjoy the food. Need more elevators as it has only one and escalators."
