Very nice hotel if you are going with kids under 12, they have a lot of activities. The food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that we couldn’t go in the water at the beach due to the seaweed .

Our stay at Sensira was an excellent experience from start to finish! The resort was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The food was delicious with plenty of options, the pools were amazing, and there were so many activities to keep everyone entertained. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, making it easy to relax after a fun-filled day. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and created memories we’ll never forget. I highly recommend this hotel my stay was excellent. Everything was very well organized, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive especially Lupita, Cesar, Gabriela, and Tony (the bellhop). The food was delicious, and they were always helpful the room was cleaned and restocked daily It was everything we needed for a perfect stay, They take care your children while you enjoy yourself on the kids clubs and they keeping you updated on how the kids are doing by sending photos to your WhatsApp I’ll be back soon, keep up the great work, everyone! Great resort! Smaller resort which was amazing. Lots of stuff for the kids to do- the indoor stuff was a bonus when kids need a break. Staff were extremely friendly and kind. Food was amazing, only thing was the buffet was closed for dinner the last two nights we were there and nobody communicated that it was going to be. We were able to get into the restaurant but only having 2 available is a bit of a challenge
The beach is an extreme let down and not the resorts fault, the seaweed smell is very strong and not nice
