The food was a hit and miss. Rita’s tacos was good but the rest of the restaurants were just ok. One night the food was good but it was served cold. By the time the server came back around it had been 20 minutes so it was no point in replacing. Room service did not have a lot of options.
It was hard to get a decent drink there. The only bar with a menu was compass bar and they only gave me a menu on the last couple days of a 7 night trip. Every other time the bartender would give the mocktail menu and I would add a shot to it. When they finally gave the real menu the new bartender said “we don’t have that here” when I showed him a picture of the mocktail menu that they kept giving me. That’s when they gave me the real menu. It seems that they don’t want to give you the menu so they can keep serving the drinks that are easier to make.
The points system they had for the mini bar was annoying. You could only use it on beer, soft drinks, and snacks. It was inconvenient having to go to joes merchant shop every time and drop it off to the room
The room was clean and easy to get to the bar.
There was a lot of stinky seaweed but that’s not the hotels fault.
It was easy to get Ubers to and from the hotel.
