"We booked a room last minute with this hotel after our flight was cancelled at Cancun airport. The hotel staff graciously accepted and hosted over 50 people that had nowhere to go. We were thoroughly impressed and grateful for this hotel and the staff that remained helpful and positive despite the chaos. Our room was clean and the grounds were well-kept. Shuttles were on time and punctual for the amount of people that needed rushed to the airport next day. Wish we could have stayed longer! "

"The place is a gem that needs some polishing but totally worth the visit, if you are not looking for the party day and night vibe. The personal and warm attention from the staff is just like a high end hotel, Angel running the staff professionally, Mrs. Blanca warm and attentive, Antonio great personality and always willing to go above and beyond to make the guests comfortable and throwing a couple of twenty ones while getting to know them as Jose and Samuel get the drinks going made it a great experience. Yes you are away from la zona hotelera but if you want some peace and quiet and a little piece of paradise in the making, check this place out. A couple of recommendations for management, get the repairs that obviously you are completing done, change the material on the outdoor chairs and stools and it will make a difference for those guests that are more critical. For the guests, one thing you should consider at this time there is some road noise which if you take a pool side room is less noticeable due to some upgrades the hotel has already made, good for them. I will be back. "

"I loved that there were many restaurants and many food options. I would add that the buffets can add more variety, and more options. I appreciated the service too. Rooms were always clean, and pool service was very good. I wished that the entertainments at nights had more variety, and more of live singing shows. "
