"We had a lovely stay at the hotel, the staff went out their way to correct any problems and even upgraded to a bigger room.
Hotel is clean and smells fresh, easy access in and out the building using the code and room Kay feeling safe.
It was only 7 minute walk to Oxford street and to Hyde park with lots of transportation if it was needed.
Over all great customer service and lovely hotel and we will be staying again on the near future."
