Kind of a shot in the dark for a night before flying home. All good surprises. It is a classic small London hotel very convenient to Paddington station and the various restaurants and shops in that section of Westminster. Rooms are small but well-appointed and comfortable. Great technology. The breakfast is very good.

L’endroit est bien situé si vous voulez faire un saut rapide depuis l’aéroport Heathrow. Malheureusement, à notre arrivée, les draps n’avaient pas été changés ou lavés. Le personnel a changé le tout sur le champ en s’excusant. La propreté en général est vraiment moyenne. Notre expérience a été décevante malgré le professionnalisme des employés sur place durant notre séjour.

Great location, small compact hotel, but clean and reasonable size room for London. Only 5 mins walk to Paddington Station which is a perfect location for all journey routes. Hotel Housekeeping was great, coffee/tea machine & chilled water available 24/7 in the reception area (very welcoming for the hot weather we experienced). Breakfast was continental buffet but we got lots for what we needed. Good service & friendly staff. Request a front facing room if possible. Would have no hesitation in returning here.
