"Enjoyable stay on the whole due to the friendly polite staff and the amenities of the hotel. Only downside was the price of food and drinks which I thought were outrageous. Breakfast 32 dollars plus taxes per person Buffet lunch 50 dollars per person Mini bar I beer 8 times more expensive than store price I tried to book including breakfast on Expedia but I found no option. All in all it was a great one time experience but I would try to find a better value hotel in future"

"Even before arrival the service was excellent (through emails). Staff were amazing from start to finish and the food/hotel were great. On available we met with Grace at reception who organised small refreshments after our travels. She advised the must sees while in Hanoi. The room was large and clean and the bed very comfortable. The shower was great, good power. Would definitely recommend this hotel based on the above. We loved it. Also had help from the in house travel agent Jenny with booking...
