Amazing hotel with unbeatable location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. You can order eggs in any style and pho a la carte. However, the staff was by far the best part of the hotel. They were very accommodating and helpful with their recommendations. The spa was also excellent and especially cheap for hotel guests (35% off).
The staff is absolutely helpful and pleasant. They helped us arrange a tour and exchanged money. The breakfast options are plentiful and very tasty so you can have western options or vietnamese option. Well located.
This is a great, inexpensive option. Great location. Staff was great and very helpful and attentive. Their buffet breakfast was top notch and on par with more expensive properties we stayed at in Hanoi.
The hotel was in a good location, 2 blocks from Hoan Kiem Lake (lake in the heart of old town). The rooms were ok, a little dated, and breakfast buffet was average.
Staff was great, and very helpful.
Zoey, the Manager, was so so nice which made a world of difference when checking in. Convenient location and great French restaurant, Colette Wine Bar, across the street.
Hotel was lovely and clean, staff were super friendly and helpful.
Nice breakfast, wasnt a massive spread but still a good selection of tasty food.
Beds were on the firm side for our preferences but definitely not the worst we had in Vietnam.
Would return if visiting Hanoi again.
We had the top floor front facing room with king bed and balcony
Comfy bed, very clean hotel and friendly staff!
Breakfast was good
Loca was excellent, in old quarter walking distance to the lake and other activities.
But a bit off from the center so not super loud
Stated 5 nights. The staff were professional, kind, engaging, respectful, spoke excellent English, knowledgeable, helpful and made every effort to ensure a pleasurable experience. Room was clean and safe. Buffet Breakfast was adequate. I would stay here again
The staff went above and beyond to help you. The hotel was walking distance to all the major attractions. The breakfast was great as well as the in house tour operator which I booked all my tours with.
Lucas and Kim checked us in. Kim arranged a trip to Ha Long Bay for us as soon as we arrived. The staff is extremely helpful. The buffet breakfast was fresh and plentiful.
The staff were great, professional, and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a mixed of Asian and western food. This hotel is in the Old Quarter and there are so many restaurants close by. We walked to the lake, train street, and restaurants. One of the staff named Zoey helped us booked tours too. We highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our stay.
staff so professional and welcoming. everything was clear. breakfast spread is good. area very convenient to walk. room is clean as well

Decent but there are better options
Okay overall but is a little run down. We stayed in two different rooms, one smelled like cigarette smoke and neither had a shower that drained properly. Employees were very friendly. Breakfast was decent but not exceptional.
The staff was wonderful- friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and had a wonderful chaise lounge that I enjoyed using instead of the bed in the morning/evening. The location was perfect- just minutes from Hoan Kiem Lake and easily walkable to other attractions. The only negative was that there was no window to outside, so the room was extremely dark when no lights were on. Overall, though, it was a wonderful stay and I wish I had more time in Hanoi.

would recommend
the junior twin room is spacious and comfy and quiet at the back of the hotel.
the family room has a balcony and comfy king bed but bathroom much much smaller than junior twin room, feel cramped. plus quite noisy by the elevator luckily has a sound proofed door which helps a little.
rooms need new wallpapers and paint. drains in shower drain extremely slow. hot water supply is sufficient.
enough choices for breakfast.
walking distance to the famous lake and surrounding attractions.
all staffs work very hard and efficient, very helpful, pleasant and caring. Zoe and Kim offered better price for our extended stay and airport transfer. Zoe assisted us to reserve dinning table. thank you for your hospitality and we enjoyed so much of our stay. would like to come back.
