The Sofitel Legend Metropole is simply exquisite! We arrived very late and were greated with friendly, helpful staff. Our room was perfect--just as requested it was comfortable and quiet. The hotel grounds were gorgeous as was the classic decor. The dining options both for breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations. The location is also great and within walking distance to everything we wanted to do and see in Hanoi.

Very nice and historic hotel in very good condition. I stayed in the old historic wing and did not regret that decision. There were two incidents in which privacy and communication was a problem but overall glad to have had the chance to stay there. Beautiful hotel, good food, and amazing service!! I wish I could stay longer. The location is also great to walk around. It is totally worth it over any other lower cost hotel.
