Amazing stay in the best area ever right in the heart of Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square with Chinatown and the Hippodrome a 1 minute walk away, Trafalgar Squae 3 minute walk, Big Ben and Westminster 18 minutes walk ir catch the bus from around the corner and get off at Big Ben in under 10 minutes. Awesome much needed aircon, rooms are spacious and best showers ever.

Junior suite a great sized room and bathroom. Great location in Picadilly. However, informed at check in the rooms air conditioning wasn’t working and was given a portable air conditioner (large fan) as substitute. Windows did not open. It was a 32 degree day in London. Complimentary breakfast given as substitute for inconvenience. After complaints from our end, was moved to a new room the next day. However, could not gain access to the room until 3pm. This one had a good working air conditioner but the television reception was poor. Some serious maintenance issues at the hotel. With so many other hotels in the area, do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else!
