Very disappointing! Carpets not vacuumed (2 rooms), cobwebs. Scalding water for showers both rooms. Cold water available in bathroom sinks.
Location good,, near an underground.

Great pub and staff, some maintenance issues in the room but overall a nice stay.
Great hosts, above a nice pub, convenient to transportation into downtown London. Would definitely go again.

Charming
Charming stay. We stayed upstairs and our room didn’t have windows. It was so hot and the fans didn’t do much. Not the cleanest — hair in the tub and the carpet was worn out. Staff was helpful.
An exceptionally warm and friendly welcome from Nick and Kianna got our one night stay off to a good start. The room was comfortable and much quieter than we had expected.
Very charming inn. Staff were very friendly & helpful. There were a couple of flights of stairs you need to climb. Discounts for your meals in the pub.
Ideal for short stays, third time here. Great area with lots of pubs and restaurants close by, staff awesome. Short walk to tube station.
Rooms are small but not cramped.
Prince of Wales Townhouse was a great. Excellent location, very close to Ravencourt Station; ask about little shortcut to it. Food was great, staff was very warm, kind and welcoming! I would highly recommend.
Good location and atmosphere.reasonable size room and lots of space. Bed and sofa bed very comfortable. Good quality food and drink with very quick service.
Reception staff very friendly and helpful and prompt attention to questions / assistance needed
Stopped here for work this week and absolutely recommend it. Ate in the bar both nights, food is very reasonably priced for London, especially if you pick one of the daily specials which comes with a free drink. On top of that you get 15% discount for being a hotel guest…can’t fault it. I had the London Bridge room which was massive and very comfortable. Next time I’m in Hammersmith I’ll be sure to stay here again.
For the price paid, this was a disappointing stay. Room could have been much better. Double bed was 2 small singles fixed together. Mattresses were tired / uneven, bathroom was outdated and shabby.
It was functional but not what we had expected. Images show nice looking rooms, and they do look nice at first glance. But it’s soon clear that it’s all surface-level.
Room was hot and stuffy. Only some windows would open. Others were painted shut! TV is old and doesn’t even receive BBC channels properly.
My daughter stayed in the top floor room and that was worse than our 2nd floor room.
Location is excellent and the pub downstairs is really nice. Staff are very friendly.
But the standard of the rooms let this place down.
For the price paid, we expected better.
On going brawl outside
Walls paper thin so could hear an entire phone conversation after closing time.
Creaky bed meant you could move without making noise.
Bathroom could have been cleaner, mouldy floor. Suspect pest box in the room.
Staff however were very friendly!
Clean room in a very convenient location.
Two issues: breakfast was not available as the chef didn't arrive, and on Friday night there was a large loud private party in the bar just below our room which continued until after 1am. The manager relocated us to a quiet room on the 3rd floor which solved that problem.
The hotel has a lovely welcoming feel. All of the staff are really friendly and helpful. I had to adjust my booking so I phoned the hotel and they got everything sorted for me straight away.
The rooms are clean and comfortable with great facilities.
The bar and restaurant are both extremely clean and welcoming. You get a discount on food and drinks when staying in the hotel. We especially enjoyed the live music. There are heated seating areas outside, which we liked.
We booked here as we went to a concert at the Eventim Apollo, which is just a short walk away.

Even though the room was a little tired it didn’t spoil our stay & having the pub downstairs was a bonus
