We were upgraded at their sister property Hotel Victor, literally just across the road. Staff were very helpful and it was surprisingly quiet, bed realky comfortable and everything spotless snd well maintained. Highly recommended

Very close to the bus station/underground whilst also being quiet. We walked to all the places we needed to go; Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, Leicester Square, Chinatown so was a perfect location! Staff were very friendly and rooms were small but clean and tidy.

The staff were amazing and very accommodating. Unfortunately the property is a little dated and the rooms particularly small. The location was great close to Victoria tube station and bus station. With plenty of good dining options locally. You must try the Queens Arms for an evening meal 3 minutes walk from hotel. Our stay was pleasant due friendly staff. The property has no lift and we were 4th floor Attic. We are elderly people so struggled but didn’t want to complain as the staff were awesome. Would choose a bigger place next time.

This has got to be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in London. It’s quiet, incredibly beautiful and perfectly located - 9min walk to Pimlico station and 12min walk to Victoria. Great restaurants around. The rooms are on the smaller side but we absolutely loved it. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone!

The rooms are extremely small so make sure that you're not booking this hotel if you plan on staying in the room. Was in a bad room if you're just using it to sleep and explore the city. The location was quite good it was extremely safe and walkable.

This is a good hotel particularly for its short distance to Lancaster Gate tube. It was clean and tidy and it was good to be able to open windows without being too noisy outside. Our room was near the lift which occasionally woke us up. I would stay here again.

Staff was very helpful. Rooms were a little small with having to put our bags on the floor. There were no towel racks, so our towels never really dried. There is no elevator, which we were informed of prior to being put on the 4th floor. Note the 4th floor is actually the 5th floor and up 7 flights of stairs (75 steps). We just considered it part of our fitness program.
