We had an excellent experience at Melia. The staff were very kind and always helpful with questions. Check in and check out were very smooth. The room was very comfortable. The location was great too. Out of the more crowded areas of the city and near a tube stop with good food nearby. Would definitely return.

I loved this stay. I travelled with my daughter and loved the comfy room, lovely service and amazing location. The hotel is located in one of the best areas of London and we were walking distance to everything we needed: Cafés, supermarket, Underground and amazing restaurantes. I will stay here again!

Rooms were really comfortable and nicely decorated. It had a more unique feel to the place than most hotels. Easy to get anywhere using nearby underground station. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It is on a busy road but quiet inside. One thing that was a surprise was the perfume in the lobby but that seems to be a thing in the hotels here.
