Amazing Stay!!! Accommodations were so lovely! Shower was amazing and bed was so comfy! Loved it had a pub on the premises as well as a hotel bar. Will definitely stay here again! Location was fabulous too so easy to get around and close access to the underground.

Great hotel. Staff fantastic. But keeping room functioning properly seems to be a miss. We had broken shower door, no Kleenex, no soap seems like no one was checking. But team had it fixed asap. Also, breakfast wise, coffee not good and specialty eggs mediocre. I have had much better at other properties. But ambiance is fantastic.

Excellent room and very comfortable bed. Staff all very friendly. Very useful location Bathroom slightly weird with sliding barn doors but that seems to be the trend these days. Breakfast was very plentiful, buffet was better than the ala carte - eggs Benedict a little sad.

Pretty new hotel in a great location in Clerkenwell. Staff were really friendly and helpful, there were complimentary drinks and snacks on arrival as well as a check in call once we were in the room to make sure it was all ok. Clean room and as everything was pretty new it was really nice, as well as not being corporate as there was character. The hotel from the outside doesn’t look like much but is really nice inside. Only downside is the main road outside, it was loud a few times with motorbikes and other louder transports but I’m not sure the hotel can do much about this! Also would be great to have a small complimentary water in the room as not everyone drinks coffee. Both said we would stay again if needed a hotel in the area.

I think the hotel has only recently opened or been renovated. It was absolutely beautiful inside. The staff were really friendly, the bar and restaurant is lovely, and the bedroom was great. We had an adjoining door, which meant that when the guests next door got in at 3.30am we were woken up by them, as it sounded as if they were in the room with us. If you need an adjoining room this wouldn’t be an issue, but it’s something to keep in mind if you don’t want that. This isn’t anything the hotel could have solved, it’s just a general issue with adjoining rooms/doors. Other than that it was a lovely stay.
