We booked 2 rooms and got to completely different standards for the same price. One was newly renovated and on the aecond floor the other one was from the early 90ies in the basement but clean. Since we only spent our time sleeping there it was fine. Very close to the tube. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The location was perfect and close to the city and all the must see. Very good location, just a block away from the Bayswater station. Several restaurants, pubs, cafés, and supermarkets nearby. Very polite staff. The room was small but functional and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff. The room we had has been modernised, although it's quite small but very clean and comfortable. The window is single glazed therefore you can here cars/motorbikes on the street. The Malaysian restaurant next door is great and convenient. Overall a great stay!
