I ad a single room, it was clean and great location, but when I say small, I really mean really small. The single bed was against the wall, and luckily I only had a carry on suitcase that I put on the floor at the end of my bed, therefore you could not open the door to get out. The price was very good, the location was 4 minute walk from Victoria coach station, and the room was very clean, but literally no amenities, slightly more like a hostel set up. If you are on a budget, and want to be in a great location, this would work well.

Great location. Very walkable to many restaurants, shops, and tourist sites. Room was very basic, 3 twin beds that were very comfortable. Property was clean and efficient. Shower was very small, and no early check ins are allowed, however, they had a storage room for our luggage, so we good drop it off and start exploring the area. Would recommend for short stays.

We had an overnight stay here as we were in an early coach for our onward travel. The hotel is conveniently located near to Victoria so perfect for our needs.

The rooms are clean but very very small! They are a bit shabby too for what we paid for an2 night stay. Highly recommend walking/taxi to nearby Battersea Park and Battersea Power Station!

I was a little unsure of stying here due to the reviews but please don’t let them put you off - sure it’s not as updated and clean as it could be but it’s totally fine and the staff really helped anyway the could. For the price you couldn’t really ask for more - hot shower , bed , Tv .. with some nice lighting and blackout curtains . I don’t inspect the state of pillows / duvets / towells underneath the covers and what the eye could see was fine - or go stay at the ritz !

The GoodGreat location, within walking distance of the tube, buses, Chelsea flower show, eateries etc. not a fancy place by all means, just convenient and cheap. Also, we needed new towels and they were promptly given to us. The Bad: small room. Booklet in the room states breakfast served at 8, but there’s no breakfast at all. Chairs in the room were stained, would better be replaced. Shower door didn’t close all the way because it needs to be reajusted to railings. Again, a cheap and conveniently located hotel. If all you need is a place to shower and crash, great deal.

Ok place, NEEDS AC!

Extremely small, bathroom is very little. It couldn’t use some deep cleaning of the walls and base boards. Shower door was missing the handle I was stuck in the shower for a bit. Upon my arrival at check in in I was told my room was not ready, waited for about 10 minutes. Which I didn’t really mind. What I did mind was once the room was ready and carried my luggage up, cleaning services had all the dirty laundry bags blocking the hallways I had to jump over and avoid about 4 big bags. My one complaint is, No AC, it was extreme hot, around 87 degrees hot with y a small fan. It was terrible. Location wise was great 10 mins walking distance from Victoria station, 20 mins from Buckingham palace. Lots of places to eat walking distance .

This hotel saved me and my trip. Im American and was traveling alone and had my phone stolen in the middle of the night outside. Joseph at the front desk was so helpful and wonderful, he let me use his personal phone to call my family and friends and get my affairs in order, well into the early hours of the morning. I had to wake up early and didn’t have an alarm so he made sure to come knock on my door at the agreed upon time and checked in on me even after my stay. Joseph’s kindness was unexpected and exceptional. He is an amazing man and employee, OYO is lucky to have him. Overall the room was great, the shower was wonderful and the bed was comfy. Private, quiet and lovely, not so walkable for the area if you want more of a downtown, shopping vibe. Again, thank you Joseph, I wish you the best!

For it's price, it is a good place to stay. It is a no frills place, but the cost is good. There was a few little things like the shower door was missing it's handle. So my wife being short had to call me in there to open the door for her. The remote for the TV barely worked and was so worn you couldn't tell what any of the buttons did. It was a great location and in a very safe area. Walking distance to the closest rail/coach stations. The staff was very nice and they keep everything clean and nice.
