"The rooms are terribly small, it’s a discount hotel first and last time. Wanted to check out soon as I checked in but I had paid for my room in advance and didn’t want to lose hundreds of dollars. Didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. But never again."

"The staff was exceptional. The lobby needs to be updated starting with the carpet being replace. First impression. The location was the best for dining with access to the subway. Overall my stay was comfortable.."

"Friendly staff"

"The room was clean and very comfortable, towels and wash cloths were old and worn though. The air conditioning worked well and I didn’t have much interaction with staff. "It’s just so loud, club music from somewhere all night long, every time I fall in sleep then I hear slamming the door many times!"

"There really was not on site parking. I believe the listing should be updated to reflect this"

I really appreciated the welcome alcohol and dessert but a few things were missing from the room such as bath salt and cups to brew tea."

"Rooms are spacious and terrace provides great view of manhattan. Would definitely stay here again. "

The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food to start our day. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. We also appreciated the hotel’s safety and security, which gave us peace of mind while visiting the city. Overall, a fantastic experience! We would definitely stay here again and...
