"The rooms are terribly small, it’s a discount hotel first and last time. Wanted to check out soon as I checked in but I had paid for my room in advance and didn’t want to lose hundreds of dollars. Didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. But never again."

"The staff was exceptional. The lobby needs to be updated starting with the carpet being replace. First impression. The location was the best for dining with access to the subway. Overall my stay was comfortable.."

"The room was clean and very comfortable, towels and wash cloths were old and worn though. The air conditioning worked well and I didn’t have much interaction with staff. I really appreciated the welcome alcohol and dessert but a few things were missing from the room such as bath salt and cups to brew tea."

"I personally loved everything about my stay at the ACE Hotel. First I can start with saying the location was perfect. It was close to a number of stores restaurants a mall and more. The hotel itself had a wonderful restaurant and bagel shop inside. My room was the best room in the hotel. My view was phenomenal, the room was very clean, no odors or smells at all, the staff was amazingly very helpful when needed and I felt safe at all times while I was there. The bed in the room was so...
