"All good except for bedding. Bottom sheets don’t stay on bed. What is it about New York City hotels that they don’t believe in fitted bottom sheets? So when you lie down and the mattress squishes your bottom sheet falls inward and doesn’t stay put.. Or if you’re restless and put your arms under your pillow, it pulls the bottom sheet away also. So you end up sleeping on the mattress pad. Also interesting that there aren’t blankets . I appreciate that they’re not gross unwadhable blankets, but I would think a thick insert in a duvet would make more sense."

"I was greeted by the staff with a smile and welcoming attitude. The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable . Everyone that works there is so nice, helpful coming from work in customer service for over 30 years it’s things that I look for whenever I’m staying at a hotel. They have topped my expectations by 1000% . I will be back in town in a couple of months and you best believe I’m staying here again. Thanks to the wonderful staff for all that you do. "I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was borderline rude and not welcoming at all, which set the tone from the beginning. The C2 floor had a noticeable unpleasant smell. Our room had barely any lighting, making it feel dark and uncomfortable. On top of that, there was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling and around the bathtub. Overall, the cleanliness and service did not meet basic expectations. I would never stay here again."
