Wonderful staff who were helpful with my unplanned stay. The room and facilities were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The neighborhood has shopping and dining options. The only negative was the loud volume of hvac unit.

We arrived early and were give a small additional rate to check in at 10AM The desh clerk offerd us breakfast while we waited. The room was comfortable and clean.

I needed a space other than my room for a Zoom meeting, and they were kind enough to set me up in a small, quiet meeting room, which worked perfectly. Thank you! I've stayed at the Gregory multiple times and I come back for a reason. The staff is always kind and diligent and the neighborhood is wonderful. I normally stay during the week. The food service is great, but on the weekends breakfast item run out so fast that the staff can't keep up. I call them weekend locusts. People who eat three and four plates of breakfast because it's free. Other than the staff having trouble keeping up with that, it's just a wonderful place to stay, and that's why I keep coming back.

I was on a girls trip and we were just staying the night. I'd already stayed at this hotel before and was back, so looks good for the Gregory already. We needed a rollaway bed and they brought it right up, set it up, made the bed and brought me extra pillows. Everyone in the hotel was very friendly and the didn't even charge me for the bed which the website said was for a surcharge. I will go there again. Probably on my next of many trips to New York.
