I stay here a couple times a year because I appreciate its cleanliness, friendly staff (Joseph) and easy access to the subway (3 blocks). It's also less than a block away from a market, diner and nail salon. I feel safe and respected.

It is a nice hotel in a good location. There are restaurants, delis, and grocery stores within walking distance. The staff is nice and friendly. WIFI is kind of hit and miss though.

All of the above. Your front desk guy Yusuf was amazingly professional. He was very detailed and made the process very smooth. We give him 10 on all fronts. Nice room,wonderful view of the skyline.
