Very clean and easy check-in process. Staff is quite helpful for tourists. Additionally, this hotel gives you the ‘ONSEN’ experience for free. Highly recommended as this is quite close to the Kyoto station which is a big relief.

The room itself was a good size and clean, the staff were very helpful with any enquiry always cheerful, only downsides were the size of the bathroom, could hardly move around in there, and also the pillows were very firm.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff were helpful if you asked for something but otherwise didn’t really interact or greet you. Staff did not know as much English as I would have expected a hotel to have.
